Reconciliation Action Plan

RiverCity Ferries' first endorsed Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was developed in partnership with Reconciliation Australia and launched in 2021.

about the rap

Creating Real Opportunities with Real Outcomes

This strategic document was developed to honour our commitment to reconciliation. Our RAP provides us with a structured framework to guide practical actions to create an organisation that embraces and incorporates recognition, acknowledgement and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures.

For us, implementing this RAP for RiverCity Ferries will promote opportunity and capacity building for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our community – creating real opportunities with real outcomes.
